CNC MILLING
Machine’s milling department consists of machining centers for a wide range of capabilities. We use vertical machining centers, horizontal bore mills, and other conventional milling equipment. We can handle many sorts of
machining processes on a variety of materials. We are capable of close tolerance machining of stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron and steel, and most any ferrous or non-ferrous metal.
CNC TURNING
Our turning department is comprised of CNCand manual engine lathes capable of turning diameters as small as .25 inches and as large as 38 inches. Over the years, we has invested in the latest technology in an effort to improve quality, cost, and delivery. This means higher quality components at a fair and competitive price with improved turnaround times.
PRECISION GRINDING
Grinding department can grind up to 62″ swing corner to corner with our high powered, 100 H.R, A.C., main spindle motor rotary surface grinder.Our grinding operators are experienced in rotary grinding and surface grinding most any
type of magnetic and non-magnetic parts, including side plates, base plates, parallels die plates, mold plates, shear blades, fixtures and fabrications.

Q1:How can I get the quotation?
A1: Send your sample or drawings to us, get the professional quotation immediately!
Q2: Can I get a product sample?
A2: Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid set up cost. And we will take picture for your check.If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
Q3: What kind of file can you read?
A3: Various type of 2D or 3D drawings are acceptable,such as JPG, PDF, DWG, DXF,IGS, STP, X_T, SLDPRT etc.
Q4: What is your way of packing?
A4: Normally we pack goods according to customers’ requirement. For reference: wrapping paper, carton
box, wooden case, pallet.
Q5: How to deal with the faulty?
A5: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 1%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity.
