Zinc Alloy Die Casting
The design and development of die for zinc alloy die casting is a precision casting method that uses high pressure to force metal melt into metal mold with complex shape. It is a precision casting method.
Zinc alloy die casting is no more than other molding technology. If you want to make a good die-casting product, it is not a good die casting machine, it must be the combination of die, die casting machine and die casting process to make good products. The product features of zinc alloy castings are as follows:
1. with more weight, more strength than plastic injection.

5. has good mechanical properties and wear resistance at normal temperature.
