Die Casting Process Details
The die-casting process cycle is shown in Figure 1-3, and the engineering drawing that describes the die-casting process in detail is shown in Figure 1-4.
Die casting can be divided into two categories: hot chamber die casting machine pressure casting and cold chamber die casting machine pressure casting. Among them, cold chamber die casting machine die casting is divided into vertical, horizontal and full vertical die casting machine die casting.
(1) Die casting process of hot chamber die casting machine
The die-casting process of the hot-chamber die-casting machine; the pressure chamber of the hot-chamber die-casting machine is immersed in the molten alloy in the heat preservation crucible, and the injection parts are mounted on the crucible. The die-casting process is shown in Figure 1-5.
The basic principle is as follows. During the die-casting process, the molten metal enters the pressure chamber when the injection punch rises; when the injection punch is pressed down, the molten metal fills the die-casting mold cavity along the channel through the nozzle, and the molten metal cools and solidifies. , the injection punch rises, and the mold is opened to take out the casting to complete a die-casting cycle.
