Strictly implement the system of personnel, machine and post responsibility to ensure the correct use of CNC machine tools and the implementation of daily maintenance. | 3 | Establish post responsibility system for using CNC machine tools | Operators of CNC machine tools must correctly use and carefully maintain the equipment in strict accordance with the provisions of the “four requirements” and “Five Disciplines” in the “operation and maintenance procedures for CNC machine tools”. Carry out daily spot inspection and carefully record. Correctly lubricate the equipment before the shift, pay attention to the operation during the shift, clean and wipe the equipment after the shift, keep it clean, and apply oil to prevent rust. Under the requirements of “three excellencies”, practice the “four excellencies” Basic skills, daily maintenance and regular maintenance; Cooperate with maintenance workers to inspect and repair their own equipment; Take good care of equipment accessories and tools, and participate in the acceptance work after the maintenance of CNC machine tools. Carefully implement the shift handover system, fill in the shift handover and operation records, and cut off the power supply immediately in case of equipment accident. Keep the site, report to the production foreman and workshop mechanic (Division) in time and wait for treatment.
