Precision Investment Casting

Precision Investment Casting process refers to the process of making a model with wax, wrapping multiple layers of clay, binder and other refractory materials on its surface, heating to melt and flow out the wax, so as to obtain the empty shell formed by the refractory material, then pouring the metal into the empty shell after melting, and crushing the refractory material to obtain metal parts after the metal is cooled. This process of processing metal is called investment casting, also known as investment casting or wax loss casting.
